Non-Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct policy training available

Columns

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for all members of the Ohio State community, we encourage all students and employees to complete training on the university’s Non-Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct policy (link). This module reaffirms Ohio State’s Shared Values and helps us understand our responsibility to maintain a university community free from discrimination and harassment.

This training is designed to ensure that the Ohio State community is fully aware of our policy regarding harassment and discrimination, as well as the duty to report any incidents related to protected class harassment and discrimination to the Civil Rights Compliance Office (CRCO). The module also includes guidance on identifying and responding effectively when issues arise, as well as strategies to help empower our community to step in when they witness unacceptable behavior.

If you encounter or witness any form of protected class harassment or discrimination, you can report it to CRCO, and if you have any questions regarding the training, contact crcoeducation@osu.edu.
